2. Fox "Rights" the news

A Republican friend of mine recently said he was going to "right" a book.

Of course, being the a-hole friend I am, I immediately jumped on right vs write...he corrected me by saying he invented a new verb meaning "to right" is to write a book from a completely right wing point of view.

I posited that he must mean like Fox News RIGHTS the news....he hasn't responded yet. :9

6. Older viewers are not comfortable with quick cuts

Say, between 2 cameras, or between anchors and live shots. Voice-overs confuse folks without good hearing. Mis-identifing political afiliations in the on-screen graphic works very well, too

His vision is awful and it's easy on the eys from what he says. He's 90 years old and a diehard repub. I love him dearly, but his notions drive me crazy.
