1. The NBC Nightly News also had Richard Engel and crew encountering the
"Mubarak Supporters". Idiots. Fucking CNN!

2. No need for those dip-shits to be there at all.
They could just surf over to Al Jazeera to find out what's happening. Al Jazeera make our "news" media look like the bumbling corporate drone idiots that they are.

I hope that stands out for people who compare the two. The Al Jazeera coverage is to the point and mature without the news anchors spewing corporate bile over every aspect of the events.

4. Rachel Maddow seems to be doing
a good job of putting everything into context. I'm watching her, listening to Amy Goodman, and when they're not on, watching Al Jazeera.

6. disagree, al jazeera can't be everywhere at once, and it's good for Americans
and people from different parts of the world actually be in different places and experience it for themselves. this work will always be dangerous but it's a risk they take. one of Anderson's friends was killed in Somalia .

8. But their presence makes it a little more risky for the Mubarak regime
to commit atrocities. It's something, anyway.

7. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over
Every time I switch during a commercial on MSNBC, CNN is replaying Cooper's attack. Hey, Anderson - there HAVE been new developments since you got that little knock on your head.
