Mortality has hit my small home town badly. 3 under 45 died in 3 days Always say I Love U
On Sunday a really close friend of my husband shot himself in the head. He was 42 He had 2 sons one is 18 a Sr and one is 16 and a soph. His wife and his mother both teach for the small town school system.

On Tuesday night a friend of ours from school had a heart attack and died in the middle of the night. He was 43. He also had two sons both in High School

Also on Tuesday night a girl I went to church and school with had an allergic reaction to some antibiotic (she lived in Wy) and they couldn't get her to the hospital quick enough and she also passed away She was 44. Her son is 21.

We never know what is going to come our way. Life is short. Be sure to tell your friends and family every chance you get that you love them and appreciate them. Also, tho make sure that people know your wishes and desires for Organ donation and that those around you know how to find things like life insurance papers and the most basic of what bills to pay and when ...

Too much heartache and too much hurt. My small little town of 2500 is reeling!

7. I was thinking that, but since it was a sad post I wasn't going to say anything.
After all these years, I don't know what it will take to be called "women".

8. as a "woman" or girl myself, there was no disrespect
so don't turn this into a "cause"

She is a girl, the other two that died were boys

that is all. Nothing less, nothing more. There is no "cause" here

just heartache

10. I won't argue because of the nature of this post. However, if you post "girl" on another post, you
will hear an earful.

These are sad stories, and my sympathies to the whole town.

6. That is so true.. Years ago I worked with a woman who found this out the hard way
She worked in an office next to mine, and one morning we heard screams coming form the office. We rushed in to see what was wrong and found Helen on the floor crying her eyes out.

When she calmed down a little, she told us what had happened.

That morning as she and her husband were getting ready to leave for work they argued about which one would take off early to get the car worked on.

He had no time..she had no time.. As the argument progressed, all the old stuff came up, and he accused her of "always putting things off, until HE had to finally do whatever it was".. She denied it and of course the argument went on and on.. As he was leaving, he said.. "Why don't you just take the car & drop it off on your way to work & have them drive you to work"

She said "why don;t you drop dead"..

and 3 hours later he was electrocuted at work..

They had been married 25+ years and loved each other, and this argument was no biggie, but Helen had to live the rest of her life knowing that the last thing she said to him was "drop dead"..:(

17. what sad deaths! all shocking and unexpected misery for all. prayers going up for
your town to heal, as just reading the 3 different people's endings was hard, so it's gotta be horrible on those that knew them.

my best to you in this very hard time! Yes, say and mean "love you" to those you care about! God bless your small town.

18. Sorry to hear but you're right.
Three people I know, one an extended family member, have died so far this month. My town is quite bigger but it's all the same. Never take those you care about for granted.

22. I'm so sorry!!!
Unexpected death is always hard on the survivors, particularly when the people who die are young. We never know when death will come for us. That's why I believe in Carpe Diem (seize the day). Within reason, never wait to do something you truly want to do until tomorrow. People keep saying, I'll do this or that when I have more money, when the kids are older, when I retire, etc. Do it now, none of us are guaranteed any tomorrows.
