1. Holy shit. I think I stayed in that one in Oakland, once.

It was a long long time ago, like 25 years- so maybe my standards have gotten higher, or the place has gotten worse- but I don't remember it being that bad.

2. I call BS because Bartow Motel isn't on that list.

Lots of crazy stuff happens here. The county located their sheriff's office and jail from downtown to the outskirts just to be closer to it since most of the crime happens there.




That sign used to have lights and neon, before somebody stole it and pawned it for drugs.

i stayed at the hyatt regency on harbor blvd. (near disneyland) a few years ago. this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, however, after checking into my room i found fecal matter stuck to the side of the toilet. i almost lost it there! :puke:
