BREAKING: Dallas skyscraper evacuated due to suspicious package

Just one day after a suspicious package was investigated at Sen. John Cornyn's suburban Dallas office, a downtown Dallas building has been evacuated due to a suspicious package.

NBC's local affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth reports that the building in question is One Main Place, a 33-floor skyscraper.

The evacuation took place after a bomb-sniffing dog smelled something suspicious in a FedEx package. Dallas police are reportedly heading to the scene.

This is a developing story...

4. What was on the paper to trigger the dogs?
Maybe a tiny bit of gunpowder or like substance in order to raise a false flag?

7. Somebody shooting bottle rockets on New Years Eve

3. Good way for a terrorist to disrupt business as usual.
Just drop off suspicious packages at large office buildings. Never hurt anyone but make everybody's day miserable. Imagine this being done a few times every week in cities throughout the country. Up goes the fear factor, up goes the roar about security, up goes the call for private police forces and all that goes with it.
