Sarah Palin makes an excellent point
The final report from the Financial Crisis panel:

(...)

But, it said, the American public, which over decades had saddled itself with unserviceable debt, was also at fault.

"As a nation, we must also accept responsibility," the report read. "Collectively, but certainly not unanimously, we acquiesced to or embraced a system, a set of policies and actions, that gave rise to our predicament."

Palin quoting Reagan earlier this month:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/social/Zanubiyah/sarah-palin-refudiates-sa_n_808213_73744744.html

“"President Reagan said, "We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions."

Great line except that nothing is EVER her fault and she takes responsibility for nothing. She's just a despicable human being.

Yeah, I'll never forget passing my notes to my clerk so he could write up my deciding opinion in Bush v. Gore.

Good times...good times...

6. Palin uging us little people to accept responsibility is a joke.
She's not making an excellent point, except by accident. She's just making excuses for corporate and political malfeasance. Whatever the general public's responsibility, that due the corporations and Congress is much greater.
