- Are oil companies about to lose their subsidies as the President suggested? Who decides if they are given subsidies? That's right, the oil companies. They own most of Congress. Will.Not.Happen.

- Who decides our level of Health care? That's right, HMO's. They have every interest in limiting everything that happens for you when you need care. A wonderful adversarial relationship just when you need help.

- Wall Street and Bank regulations. I'm laughing so hard I pooped. They decide what their rules will be. To Big to fail insures that too small will fail. Everything goes to these MF bonus babies.

- Jobs? Sure we will get more jobs. As soon as India and China and South Korea and Vietnam have full employment. The outsourcers are rewarded for sending jobs overseas. Multi-nationals have no allegiance to country. Our government (their government) is owned by them, therefore, our (their) government has no allegiance to country. NAFTA, CAFTA, Korea.

But, all I'm hearing from people I know are the horrors of food stamps, welfare, unions, teachers salaries, pensions, cops salaries, disability payments etc. No mention of Wall Street crooks or Banksters or even the 2 unnecessary wars.

This is the Foxnewsification of America. We're doomed.

9. South Korea?
they have a pretty high standard of living dont they?

from wikipedia "South Korea has a market economy which ranks 15th in the world by nominal GDP and 12th by purchasing power parity (PPP), identifying it as one of the G-20 major economies. It is a high-income developed country, with an emerging economy,<5> and is a member of OECD. South Korea is one of the Asian Tigers, and is the only developed country so far to have been included in the group of Next Eleven countries."
"Economy of Canada
Rank 10th (nominal) / 14th (PPP)"
it is comparable to Canada and i really have nothing against free trade with canada either. South Korea is not. South Korea is actually ahead of France and Switerland as far as H.D.I. rankings from the U.N. go.

10. I meant trade policy
We just signed a new unfair trade policy, this time with Korea, which will probably result in more job losses.

12. Their economy is about as large as Canada's but with a population about 20 million more than Canada.
Per capita GDP for Canada and the US are both about $47K. South Korean per capita GDP is $20K. This is slightly better off than the Czech Republic. The will undercut our standard of living if we trade freely with them.

13. WTF?
Besides giving absolutely no warning that your post would contain extremely graphic photos of dismembered children, you provide no context for these pictures. They came from SANA? Where is the link? When were they taken? Do you have permission to repost this photo here? Was the US truly to blame for these deaths?

Simply throwing up graphic pictures like this is idiotic, insensitive and pointless even for people that might agree with you that drone attacks and the like are horrific and must be stopped.
