I have no clue on combining the Bible with the Constitution, but my take is that her motivation is really clear.

Because no matter how hard they push this "founders wanted a Christian country" thing, the FACTS will always be against them.

And there's VOLUMINOUS historical evidence that the founders debated this point thoroughly and decided AGAINST it, having come from a stifling and brutal official religion in Britain.
