Gallup: Congressional approval rating zooms up to 21% in time for elections.

The all time low of around 13% was in 2008, when the economy tanked, thanks in great part. to repeal of Glass Steagall during the Clinton administration. (Still repealed, too.)

That all time low was matched in August 2012.

But, as elections near, Congress seems to be looking marginally better to folks, though I'll be dipped if I know why.

Supposedly, everyone hates Congress, but loves their own Rep and maybe their own Senators, too.

Put that on the huge bundle of things that I don't understand.

Gallup's reputation and credibility is being seriously questioned lately
