Corporations are People!

Citizens United made it clear. But since Corporations are owned, they are in fact Slaves.

But then the Thirteenth Amendment Freed Corporations!
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.<2>

So Congress has the power to emancipate corporations.

The Fourteenth Amendment explains a little more. Since corporations are people, but are not born people, they are not citizens of the United States.

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Corporations can speak, you don't have to be a citizen, a person may speak.

The First Amendment makes that clear.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Since Corporations cannot be owned, or forced to serve, I think this means that all corporations are non-profit. Since Indians have been drafted, I think the government can draft them. It can also force them to work if they are convicted of a crime.

Who would have thought that an insane, unconstitutional and criminal idea such as corporate person-hood, would result in communism.


If this sounds like nonsense to you, then the only answer is to impeach the members of the supreme court who came up with it. Handing a new amendment to such scum is not the answer. Or, we simply take every corporation away from it's corporate master. It's the law!

Moreover, deciding a case in a way that some people disagree with is probably not an impeachab;e offense.

Also, i think big corporations were getting money to candidates and running the country long before the Citizens United decision.

I think CU has changed less, as a practical matter, than most people think.
