Looks like Anderson Cooper is going to be must-see TV tonight
...given his tweet about Olbermann getting fired instead of resigning. Ten minutes away on the East Coast...and God damn it all anyway, for every reason you know, plus making me watch fucking CNN on a Friday night.

1. I was planning to watch that new show from the Onion on IFC.
I'll check in on AC first. Thanks.

2. I read Rachel will be on Bill Maher tonight; don't know if that's a fact, but
she might have some insight.

If so, it was likely taped before this happened.

5. Supposed to be, and RM was supposed to be off tonight w/Chris
Hedges filling in. I didn't see her or KO's program so don't know any more.

7. That would have been recorded well before Keith's revelation aired.
Unless she knew in advance - which I doubt - there will be no 'news' from Rachel tonight.

I wouldn't watch that dipshit if he tweeted he was going to announce that bush and cheney were going to be indicted for war crimes and immediately imprisoned. Don't watch CNN, you can find out what he says right here on DU.

If Lawrence O'Donnell is off tonight or says nothing about it on his show. He tends to take Fridays off.

25. Maher and Rachel talk about KO.
...briefly. Maher says that he just heard that KO *quit*. Rachel says "Yeah, he and management came to an agreement." Maher says that's always bullshit. Rachel shrugs and says she doesn't have enough details. End of conversation. At least that's the way I heard it.
