I ran into this comment over at webanswers.com. Got permission to pass it along.
Question: Why does Sarah Palin refuse to produce her birth certificate?
Answer:
You know, that's a very good point. Her husband Todd was a member of the Alaska Independence Party from 1995 to 2002, a group with the purpose of getting Alaska to secede from the United States. Could it be that Sarah married her former First Dude because she isn't an American at all? Perhaps she's part of a plot to return Alaska to Russia! And she doth protest to much cause she thinks she's fooling the Great American Public! Yep, if you look at her real birth certificate, it probably says "Moscow"! I say, make her show us the damn thing or we'll be forced to make it up!
