good riddanance joe...liar-man
Edited on Fri Jan-21-11 09:45 AM by kpete
During an appearance on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" today, Senator Joe Lieberman (I-Conn) continued to insist that Saddam Hussein was developing weapons of mass destruction even though none were ever found after the invasion of Iraq.

The senator, retiring his seat in 2012, also said that despite the enormous cost to the U.S. in blood, prestige and treasure he does not regret his vote for war and would do it all over again.

1. His self-comparison to JFK was amusing. Buh-bye, Joe.

4. "I found a report that says Saddam has WMD...so, despite the other evidence, I'm going with it."
He's a war-mongering ass-hat. And really, Secretary of Defense? REALLY? Do we really need an orthodox Jew running our war on the Muslim nations? Doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

5. I think his legacy is the repeal of don't ask don't tell
because he stood on the opposite aisle to McCain the guy he supported for president over Obama. That odd senario pretty much sums up Joe as a politician. Joe stood for something, but I have no idea what it was.
