Credited to Jim Truther on Facebook...and no, I don't know if that last name is real or not.

Great line, though.

10. You load sixteen tons, what do you get, another day older and deeper in debt
Excellent. Funny how even something we've always known sounds new when said with new words.

I'll say it again- it must be done in bumpersticker form or no one is going to get it.

"She loves you yeah yeah yeah". No one will ever forget that line.

49. Thanks, Gregorian...
....now I'm gonna have the Homer & Jethro version of that song stuck in my head all day.

"Ya load sixteen tons, whaddaya get?
Slack in your pants and soaked with sweat.
Tennessee Ernie done made this song, but
the Pea Picker got the words all wrong...

I was born one mornin' when the sun didn't shine
I remember my mama was gone at the time
The doctor looked down and said, "Oh, my.
I wonder whether he's gonna walk or fly."

There's more, but trust me-- you don't want it.

12. People create economies -- not banks. They need us, we don't need them ...
Banks and financial institutions only exist to manipulate economies --

i.e., profit by theft!

47. Certainly they do that.
They also like to rake in as much money from taxpayers as possible while still financing their extravagant, royal lifestyles. I'd call that theft.

In addition, they seem to like to advise their investors to take certain investments while then, using their own money, betting against their own investors to transfer their investors' money into their own bank accounts.

Another frequent scheme included bundling together junk (that they certainly know is junk), selling it to pensions, state, and local governments, and destroying the investments of many Americans and municipal governments. In other words, they are stealing from people's retirement security and robbing our governments of financial solvency.

They certainly know what they are doing. And they've seemingly gotten away with it.

They've also gotten away with fooling a heck of a lot of Americans that they haven't done anything wrong it seems.

What's happened over the past few years is the largest theft in the world's history, and the next phase of it is probably right around the corner.

48. "Some will rob you with a six-gun, And some with a fountain pen."
Pretty Boy Floyd
Words and Music by Woody Guthrie

If you'll gather 'round me, children,
A story I will tell
'Bout Pretty Boy Floyd, an outlaw,
Oklahoma knew him well.

It was in the town of Shawnee,
A Saturday afternoon,
His wife beside him in his wagon
As into town they rode.

There a deputy sheriff approached him
In a manner rather rude,
Vulgar words of anger,
An' his wife she overheard.

Pretty Boy grabbed a log chain,
And the deputy grabbed his gun;
In the fight that followed
He laid that deputy down.

Then he took to the trees and timber
To live a life of shame;
Every crime in Oklahoma
Was added to his name.

But a many a starving farmer
The same old story told
How the outlaw paid their mortgage
And saved their little homes.

Others tell you 'bout a stranger
That come to beg a meal,
Underneath his napkin
Left a thousand dollar bill.

It was in Oklahoma City,
It was on a Christmas Day,
There was a whole car load of groceries
Come with a note to say:

Well, you say that I'm an outlaw,
You say that I'm a thief.
Here's a Christmas dinner
For the families on relief.

Yes, as through this world I've wandered
I've seen lots of funny men;
Some will rob you with a six-gun,
And some with a fountain pen.

And as through your life you travel,
Yes, as through your life you roam,
You won't never see an outlaw
Drive a family from their home.
