Basically, all the countries that used to be in the USSR, and places nobody's ever heard of like:

Anyway I would suggest to all CONNEDservatives who dream of "fair flat tax" that they can move to Macedonia or Estonia or Latvia and live the perfect flat taxin' life!

2. There are several countries on the list that are part of the European Union

and great places to live. Here are some I've visited that are particularly nice:

Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia.
