but it's the thought that counts.

It just so happens that I'm working on a promotion that's supposed to end at "midnight on Cyber Monday (November 28th)." I asked, "Do you mean one minute after 11:59PM on the 28th, or the 29th?" They had a little ad re-designing to do!
