Obama Complained About The Police Raids On Occupy
Right?

I mean, I haven't been on the web in a week, so I missed the statement from the White House about how upset Obama is that in America the people are being denied their rights to assemble.

So, there must be a link somewhere about Obama standing up for the people. Thanks ahead of time. Peace - out.

4. You mean... for one second?
Are you saying he's not standing up for American's rights?

WTF? He's our president. Why isn't he supporting us?

Is it true he is a 1%er? Is that why he's mute?

Anything that pisses off that right wing, must be good for our side lol

5. It is the Justice Departments responsibility to deal with the violence during these raids
They need to investigate violations of civil liberties.

The President shouldn't have to speak on the subject.

12. Separation of powers
It's bad form for the Executive to tell, advise or even hint at Justice on what to do.

25. Obama Quotes...
My administration has been closely monitoring the situation in Egypt, and I know that we will be learning more tomorrow when day breaks. As the situation continues to unfold, our first concern is preventing injury or loss of life. So I want to be very clear in calling upon the Egyptian authorities to refrain from any violence against peaceful protesters.

The people of Egypt have rights that are universal. That includes the right to peaceful assembly and association, the right to free speech, and the ability to determine their own destiny. These are human rights. And the United States will stand up for them everywhere.

Egypt/people of Egypt he really means OWS. Too much reality is depressing.

7. He called on "authorities to refrain from any violence against peaceful protestors
and that people "have rights that are universal. That includes the right to peaceful assembly and association, the right to free speech, and the ability to determine their own destiny. These are human rights. And the United States will stand up for them everywhere."

Yeah, he said that. About the people of Egypt.

11. Now..., Now....
He DID say he understood how some people can be "frustrated".

Why do you hate President Obama?
He doesn't have a Magic Wand,
and he has to be the President of ALL the People,
including the Pepper Spray Cops and the 1%.
Do you want him to take sides or something???!!!!

You will know them by their WORKS,
not by their excuses.
