He kind of made Newts point for reducing civil liberties didn't he? Newt pounced right on him after Paul used Timothy McVeigh to try and make a point about our civil liberties being under attack.

His mouth gets a out ahead of his brain some time.

Noticed he has dialed back his idea of legalizing heroin when asked about his idea for legalizing all drugs too.

3. ron paul
believes that it is the States responsibility to make certain drugs illegal, and not the federal government's job to do so.

4. Its really hard for your mouth to get ahead of your brain
when you don't have a brain. I still can not believe the support Ron "freaking" Paul gets on this board. He is just as bad as every other Repuke and in some cases 1000X worst.

Makes me wonder why those Paul supporters are even here.

5. Wasn't he talking about discrimination against Muslims?
And that you can be a white, christian and still be a terrorist? Not that I like him but that is what I got out of the short clip I saw.

6. No
He tried to use McVeigh as an example for not needing the Patriot Act because we caught and executed him.

Newt said yea, after he blew up the building we caught him.

Newt implied with the Patriot Act we would have been able to stop McVeigh before he blew up the building.

At that point Paul looked like he was going to start sucking his thumb and crawl under his podium for a much needed nap.

That is what it was about.

12. Ron Paul is dangerous. When you have a person who combines
common sense with senseless solutions to problems, watch out!
