(Canada) Calgary MP appears to fall asleep in Commons question period
"OTTAWA—A member of Parliament from Calgary has been caught on camera appearing to doze off in the House of Commons.

Conservative MP Rob Anders seems to fall briefly asleep in a video making the rounds on YouTube.

The video is from last Thursday, when Aboriginal Affairs Minister John Duncan was answering a question.

Behind Duncan, Anders’ eyes close and his head falls forward for several seconds.

The incident is causing more than a few chuckles on the Internet.

One of many comments on Twitter jokingly suggests Anders is being paid to take naps."

This is the guy who called Nelson Mandela a "terrorist" and voted against making him an honorary Canadian citizen.
