Police announced no permit, no march.
Some occupiers went to Wall St. anyway but access to street was blocked and/or I.D. required to enter.
Rumored delay of stock exchange opening was false.
Barricades breached, arrests (rumored "mass" arrests), barricades restored.
At 5PM, protesters plan to meet at Foley Square to march to "take over the bridges" -- bec. to block the protesters from the bridges, police will have to block the bridges.

Barricades all around the park, except for a small opening; plus barricades along streets. Barricades create bottlenecks, makes it impossible for large numbers of protesters to move quickly in any direction.
Masses of police everywhere, too.

(Seems like this could be an unreasonable restraint on free assembly. Not to mention that the City and police have been under a court order since yesterday afternoon requiring them to ALLOW protesters into the park.)

that the guy hauled off had been kicking the barricades contrary to a police order; when he tried to push the barricade out again, police came after him. He fell or was tackled and hit his head; head very bloody. In the course of subduing him? police removed his pants and other clothing (still lying on the ground).

Now park being closed off again.

Now it appears a large chunk of protesters are continuing their march away from the intersection down 14th St.
