Gingrich leads Republicans in 2012 race: poll
http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/11/17/us-usa-campaign-poll-gingrich-idUSTRE7AG07V20111117

WASHINGTON | Wed Nov 16, 2011 9:11pm EST

(Reuters) - Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich now leads the race for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination as support for businessman Herman Cain slips, according to a Fox News poll released Wednesday.

Gingrich has 23 percent support among Republican primary voters, which puts him in a dead heat with Mitt Romney who is holding steady with 22 percent, the poll found.

The poll shows support for Gingrich has more than doubled in the last three weeks. He had 12 percent in late October before the Cain campaign was roiled by sexual harassment allegations. It was also before Texas Governor Rick Perry's debate stumble over a federal agency he would shut if elected.

Cain has fallen to 15 percent down from 24 percent in late October. Perry now has 7 percent support, a drop from 10 percent in October and 19 percent in September.

Excuse me while I CRACK UP! Talk about a clusterf*ck of crappy politicians they're running over there!

3. Well, if he does get nominated, Obama can probably count on a blowout win

assuming that still means anything to anybody.

(I'd STILL like to get groups of clean-cut looking people together to sneak into Gingrich rallies and start chanting "Win One For The Newter!", though. Say it out loud to yourself and you'll get it.)

4. Obviously Romney is not all that popular with the Republican base ...
which could be great news for Obama.

5. no, he's not much at all! it's funny (sad) they are dumping grope-a-dope Cain, for the guy who has
admitted so ridiculously that he's cheated on his past wives because he loves his country so much... doesn't that eliminate him from contention for simply giving a terribly embarrassing answer? hahaha

9. Trying To Figure Out Which Republican Candidate Has The Best Chance To Win...............
..................is like trying to figure out which of the Three Stooges is the smartest. The best candidate the Republicans can find this year will STILL get a beat-down from Obama like the one Tyson gave Spinks. It's just getting embarrassing now, watching as they fumfer around and vacillate and waffle and flip-flop and change their minds. Who cares? Run ALL of them. Blend their DNA into one Super-Republican. Then sit back and watch as the best the righties have to offer takes a Bob Dole-style whoopin' on Election Night.
