I think he's saying that's the choice HE made so anyone else could too. He sounds like Marcus Bachmann...I think he's gay and married and had all those kids to convince himself he can be happy "choosing not to be gay".

Santorum thinks people have a choice to be gay or not
so he feels that they should be denied the same rights as others

7. With the Talibornigan gay people have two choices

The "right" choice is to submit to their bigotry to make them happy. Pretend you're heterosexual, marry someone of the opposite sex and lie to yourself, your spouse and the rest of society. You can also be celibate and single for life, living without love, intimacy and companionship.

The "wrong" choice is to be honest and authentic. To find love, companionship and intimacy. To join with someone you love and create a family with them.


Anybody still wonder why we consider these people irredeemable bigots?
