Is Tom Coburn REALLY saying tax the millionaires?
Not a chance. He is saying the same meme they use on Dems. The Feds are using the purse strings to get people to vote for them. Only he is using millionaires to further catapult the propaganda. They are only giving the money to make Fed Gov programs seem palateable. I have heard the same about means testing medicare etc. His clarification will be that the Feds should not give anyone monies. He will further claim that both the monies given to millionaires, and the poor are only a cynical ploy to keep their santa claus jobs.

1. Naw
I posted his report earlier. He wants to do away with subsidies to the wealthy in return for not raising taxes. See:

2. You cant see that it is a claim that all Gov entitlements are just voter bribes?
Done cynically to perpetuate DC power, not to help the poor, ill or minorities?

3. Did you read the entire report?
Cause it does state that we need to keep entitlements for the needy, and should stop wasting them on the already wealthy. Do I think he wants to get rid of all government entitlements? Is he a republican? I do think its interesting he would list where the rich are gaming the system.
