(Do they have things like this for OWS folks and cops? Maybe someone could make cards like this for drivers when pulled over, etc - minus the sniper part)

A while back when people were complaining about police video platforms, I suggested they look for the "other" observation/sniper points. We spotted them at the encampment I was at. Took a little while, but anyone with experience can find them.

In case of a fracas, the plan was to point a light at each of them to render their night gear useless.
