16. All of these police tactics were developed and honed in our invasion of Iraq.

The sound trucks were first used there, I believe, and I remember realizing, as I read endless stories of how the Iraq populace was subdued under our military, that Iraq urban control was a practice model for over here, eventually.
Many others came to this same conclusion, esp as over the last few years DHS made Blackwater rich by training our cities' police force, in effect militarizing civilian police.
