Perry's stupidity is attracting our immediate attention because he's in the spotlight AND HE IS REALLY STUPID. But thinking back on Bush's entire moronic body of work and Perry has a very long way to go before he comes close to the nearly endless number of gaffes and embarrassments achieved by the master of doufusland, GWB.
