himself as he never stops yammering about. But he's more than happy to let his good buddy and "constitutional scholar" John Kyl rack up more than enough for the both of em'.

This is one angry old man I'll be happy to see the end of. I actually used to like the guy, I really did but something happened and now he's just plain crazy.
