Why we have labor unions- never forget... latest in job-related deaths in Texas
For the record,Texas is a "Right-to-work" state, and I GUARANTEE these were not union employees with OSHA safeguards.

FAIRVIEW – One man was killed and another missing Thursday after they were overcome while working to unclog a sewer line.

Fire officials in the Collin County town of Fairview, southwest of McKinney, were alerted about 8 a.m. that the two workers were unconscious. They had been working on a sewer line.

One went down into a manhole and was overcome, said Fire Chief Dick Price. The second worker followed and also was overcome. A third worker then called 911.

Rescuers retrieved the body of one victim, Price said. Officials believe the other man might have been washed into a water treatment plant at the edge of Fairview. The North Texas Municipal Water District was shutting down the feeder system into the plant while the search was conducted.
