Think Quan should resign? The Council president is Larry Reid. Reid endorsed Quan's main opponent, Don Perata, who narrowly lost to Quan thanks mostly to ranked-choice voting. Let's put it this way: if Perata and not Quan had been mayor when this started, he would have called in airstrikes if he could have. :eyes:
