How do you relax? These days it seems we all need to
For me, oddly enough, making bread.

And of course reading.

As things get crazier, take time for yourselves.

11. We live in a rural area. I just go outside, sit in a porch swing and listen to Mother Nature.
She is very comforting.

This one is especially good for Stress, Anger, and Disappointment.
After an hour, I'm tired, relaxed, can't remember WHAT I was upset about,
AND have a nice little stack of firewood.
