Jim's attitude seems to be "if you think you can do it better, set up your own damn board"...which led to the aforementioned "disgruntled unknown Freeper" who did just that.

8. Rimjob may be concerned that using newer BBS/messageboardforum technology

Would make it very or much more difficult to scrub his website clean of posts/threads that were made by a now banned member or members that posted something, for example, culpably incriminating or violated some obscure copyright law(s).

Either that or he much more likely is a complete tightwad who would fight with anyone over one cent more of profit, to the point of stretching that penny into zinc/copper wire...heh!!
