1. Who is going to beat him?
The Republicans have an extremely weak set of candidates for 2012, even more crippled by SarUH's recent shenanigans.

5. Exactly
And I think that the Republicans making gains in the mid-terms will help Obama get re-elected. The American people are already saying "WTF?".

12. The Buyer's Remorse is strong regarding this bunch.
The GOP is only looking to make life harder for the people that put them in, not easier.

Maybe even Arnold or sMEGma... but I bet they run John Bush from Florida. Proven name. Continues the Bush dynasty.

7. Arnold? Please tell me he didn't become eligible.
Unless you're talking about Arnold Palmer. Now Jeb Bush -- I DO worry about him. :scared:

9. they will change the rules for Arnold, if they think he can win
You've already heard the rumblings... I'm sure. I doubt it will work, but he wants it and it all depends on how much they want to give it to him. After all, the US Supreme Court committed an act of treason to install George W. Bush. If they will do that, how far will they go for the next phase in their chase to create a fascist country?

13. Not likely they will amend the constitution for Arnold.
Why spread such nonsense?

16. It also wasn't likely the SCOTUS would commit treason for G. W. Bush

17. I have heard some of the rumblings, but I thought it was truly a joke.
I haven't heard that Arnold is interested in being President. I cannot stand looking at him or listening to him; all that I really know about him is that he is a sub-standard actor whose popularity escapes me.

2. Well, we've all made predictions that turned out to be wrong.
For instance, I figured Cheney would be in prison by now.

3. Actually from what I saw of the interview...
He said he mostly thought that because of his mistaken impression that Obama was going to do away with many of their terror fighting techniques such as enhanced interrogation and the more covert domestic spying initiatives. But once he realized that wasn't the case then he felt better about Obama. But of course NBC put the "Cheney thinks Obama will be a one term president" as the tag line on the screen during that portion of the interview.

Between seeing Cheney say that and then the piece they did on Palin where she praised Obama's speech for pointing out the the political rhetoric in general was not to blame for Gifford's shooting and that both sides need to tone it down........ugh.

11. Maybe Cheney thinks all those who voted for Obama because they thought he wouldn't
continue the Bush-Cheney policies and would prosecute Bush-Cheney will not vote for Obama for a 2nd term. Maybe Cheney thinks there really are that many voters who meant it when they were against Bush-Cheney policies for 8 years. Not sure whether he is right or not.

15. I turned it off before his filthy mug came on my screen.
I really don't give a shit what that SOB thinks about anything. And, I also hope he lives long enough to see the President elected. I only wish that he feel all the misery he and his ilk have forced on the rest of us until then.

when we went into Iraq. And that there were WMDs in Iraq.
