Which nations should, without due process, execute their citizens on the accusation of planning and inciting terrorism? I imagine it will resemble the list of nations that should be allowed to torture and detain indefinitely when it is necessary.

Is the UK on the list? France? Canada? What about China? Cuba? North Korea?
