Where will "Libertarian" Privatization of services lead Human Resource practices?
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/01/14/unemployed-job-applicants-discrimination_n_809010.html

A 53-year-old executive recruiter named Nick, who asked that his full name be withheld to protect his job, told HuffPost he has worked for major U.S. staffing firms since 1990. As an industry insider, Nick said, he became privy to the many ways companies and staffing firms sidestep labor laws.

Think of what Discrimination costs business in terms of the probability of inferior skill sets that are included in their human resources on the basis of traits that have to do with issues other than job performance, possibly including, for example, political or religious correctness.

(Ignoring clear support for the deleterious effects that political correctness could have had upon job performance on Wall Street and in the contracts let for the Invasion & Occupation of Iraq and in the War on Afghanistan . . . . )

Why do the costs created by these inefficiencies and the attendant confusion (costs produced by intentionally hiring less than the best workers) why, Why, WHY do these AVOIDABLE costs NOT MATTER, especially in fields such as "Health" "Care"?

If being the best, most efficient, cutting edge service, or competitive enterprise possible is not what matters, WHAT, exactly and precisely, does????

We REALLY NEED to ask ourselves these extremely relevant questions about Discrimination as we approach the Patients' Rights Repeal Act in the 112th Congress.
