Judge to sentence 93 year old mafioso-looking at 12 years in prison...

This guy's crimes go back to the 1940's, including many murders. He was arrrested in 2008 and convicted this past summer. He was involved with the Colombo family.

1. Obviously what he did in the past was heinous, but....
I just don't know how I feel about locking an old man up for the last bit of his twilight years.

2. I have no compunctions against locking him up. He was
responsible for a lot of people not having twilight years to enjoy.

5. Evidently he was arrested in 2008, still in his 90's, trying to extort money
in a shakedown...He never retired or changed his ways or even felt bad about what he did, and he denied the families of those he killed even the comfort of a body and funeral.

He should rot n jail.
