What can you glean from Sarah Palin's facial expressions?

The first time I saw her hideous "blood lible" video, I couldn't help but notice her facial expressions, specifically, the way she gives a smug grin after an impact sentence. It doesn't take but 30 seconds before she begins, then she picks up steam. It's as if she's saying non-verbally, "Yep, I said it, and that's the way it is." Perhaps even more. I would like to hear an expert's interpretation.

Somewhat related, the way she over-dramatizes the word "tragedy" as "traaa-gedy" (while lifting her head slightly) makes me think that she doesn't believe it really was that tragic at all. Nothing more than the media whipping Liberals into a frenzy. The span between 3:21 and 3:50 contains "tragedy," a few smug grins, and blood lible.
