They will beat Obama...

They're living in a dream state.

It is insanity.

2. I don't know, Peggy. Their followers probably believe it's
not worth the $$$ until THEY are driving over the bridge that collapses. Until it happens to you, it always looks good on paper.

3. They sure do lack the ability to see the viewpoints of anyone else...
My only hope is that this inability will lead to their overdue downfall.

7. I think we're assuming people are more tuned in than they are.
The reason I feel this is because I couldn't BELIEVE Bush was re-elected (yeah, I know), but that ANYBODY voted for the guy! And I wasn't even paying much attention, but I guess others were even less interested.

I am convinced that until it (whatever it is) happens to YOU, the majority of people just don't get it.

6. Infrastructure has too many syllables
Anything that requires that big a word to describe is not worth the trouble

8. They live in a fantasy world.
When they gave up on science, they gave up on the real world.

9. There are a couple of bridges in Mitch McConnell's state that are in
such bad shape people now have to detour, etc.

10. Oh yea, I would send out a mailing with images of backed-up traffic
and say Senator McConnell just doesn't care enough about you to make it easy to cross the river...
