by CIA's Tenet, and that had that not happened, as late as 9/10 he would have put out sweeps to find the hijackers and prevent them. He ventures they would have indeed been caught at that point.

Unfortunately, the attacks were allowed to happen and hundreds of thousands were directly affected. I know some of their own pain from events in my life, and it is incalculable.
