As Hurricane Irene lashed the East Coast, an active-duty U.S. soldier is suspected of going on a killing spree from Virginia to Pennsylvania under cover of the storm. John Leonard Egland, 37, allegedly killed as many as three people. Police were searching Bucks County, Pa., on Sunday for the Fort Lee Army base soldier. Egland may have shot his ex-wife, her boyfriend, and a child in Virginia. He's also suspected of shooting a police officer.

4. Apaprently. But no one is saying much about that right now. I suspect

the local FBI are now involved and directing how he is be dealt with. It's entirely possible he ends up in hostage situation.
