Rogue waves were tossing park benches her way in a couple feet of water. Lots of flooding, but the hurricane hasn't arrived yet, so there will be a lot more in the Meat-Packing District of NYC.

Gov. Christy Cream had to be covered with "a rain voucher" due to emergency flooding in N.J.

1. as long as wall street is ok who cares about the meat packing district
and for those who need it :sarcasm:

I turned on the today show to see info about the hurricane and they were lamenting about wall street not opening on monday if the power was shut off and the flooding and sea water corroded the electrical stuff. yes... that might be bad, but wall street isn't the only thing that matters!

2. These jerks had to be rescued when they went for a sail in the Chesapeake

One of two people rescued from a sailboat, right, uses a line to make their way onto the beach on Willoughby Spit in Norfolk, Va., Aug. 27, after they and another person were rescued from the boat that foundered in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. A rescuer, left, waits for the second person to exit the boat.
