FBI whistleblower and DU member Colleen Rowley discussed Wikileaks on Olbermann's show tonight
Colleen Rowley blew the whistle on the FBI and the Bush Administration for ignoring the warnings before 9/11, now she is speaking out on behalf of Wikileaks. I am good friends with Colleen and she is incredibly passionate about the Wikileaks case, she has also been known to post on DU occasionally. Follow the link and watch the #4 story entitled "Quantico, the New GITMO" to see Colleen's interview.

4. Colleen will likely be in the news tomorrow as well...
She will be making an appearance in front of the White House with Veterans for Peace, other prominent anti-war voices such as Cindy Sheehan, Daniel Ellsberg, Ray McGovern and Chris Hedges will also be there.

8. She is an American hero who tried to do her job but
was prevented from doing it. She recently stated that if Wikileaks had existed before 9/11 it might have been prevented. Because those agents who were trying to get someone to listen to them about an impending attack, would have had somewhere to go to get the information out to the public.

Good for her and Michael Moore and all the other good people who are speaking out on behalf of the Free Press.

11. yes, I'll never forget Colleen Rowley
which begs the question-Why didn't those higher ups listen to Colleen and other agents? And why would you give top officials in our security apparatus the Medal of Freedom award for dereliction of duty?
