I was on the second storey of the student union building at SSU during Loma Prieta; THAT was a ride.

18. We didn't feel it up here in Sonoma County.
We did have a wildfire not too far away though. Helicopters and airplanes dropping water and fire retardant for hours. Got real noisy for awhile. It's that time of year in CA.
