Boy, I'll never forget where I was: watching people talk about how bad it would have been if it was worse!

2. In bed, just waking up. Daughter brought me ice water and said "WHAT the HELL is THAT?"
The mirror behind the bed was shaking like my wife and I were playing dueling bed springs. Curiously, there were a bunch of kids downstairs for a "back to college" party for my eldest and none of them felt anything.

5. Didn't you post exactly this same thread yesterday?
Spam much? It was lame yesterday, and it's still lame today.

A lot of people
would prefer to have snow fall on their head, rather than bricks. Sometimes, the difference is obvious.

6. We're within 100 miles of the center and none of us felt it
My son was up working on a house he is building, up on beams. He said he never felt it.
My wife and grandson were working in the garden all afternoon, they said they never felt it.
I was on the couch enduring a pain episode (cancer) and if that couch had shook it would have dam near killed me, I never felt it.
