The AZ shootings will inspire teabaggers and the right wing and it will help Palin. Republicans
are defending her in the media and even Barbara Walters is helping her cause. They will see themselves winning by using fear to scare off Democrats.

1. Everything's good news for Republicans!
And why would they back off terrorism now, just when it's working so well for them? Besides, all cozy in their gated communities and compounds, they know they'll never be a target of the wrath they've unleashed.

2. On the contrary
I see this as a moment when they are revealed as indecent and unworthy of holding public office.

3. I agree...they can spin anything against us. We are destined to be their sacrificial lambs.
Isn't that obvious ?

4. The Right has found “victimhood” a powerful political motivator.
Works every time with "low-information" Sheeple.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."

5. I don't think so, Republican primaries are nasty
and the kind of things you can put in robo calls and push polls about this will clearly hurt her. Any good republican running a campaign against her would not hesitate to use this and her lame TV show as evidence she lacks judgment to be president. Of course it's possible no good one will waste a run against Obama.

6. I would hope that "the middle" will see through this B.S. and either not turn out
for the (R)s or swing back to the (D)s

While all of the "Why should I vote for a (D) who isn't liberal enough?" people have their answer.
