I especially disliked his reference to a "pissing" contest. I thought that was a tacky statement to make on a national TV show. Throughout the entire episode he was either screeching or smirking.

I have seen him on Rachel Maddow show more than once and he conducted himself quite respectfully. He was polite and spoke softly because that is how Rachel acted toward him.

Mr Sharpton on the other hand, broadcasts at a decibel level considerably higher. Every conversation on that show is loud and most are confrontational.

Not defending Steele, he's an asshat, but I think he's adapting to his surroundings.

Maybe its because R's are scared pansies who are frightened by any change and are afraid that someone will get something that they feel they deserve more. I think it was Bob Shrum (?) that was on opposite him...and he hardly got a word in edgewise because of the loudmouth, blathering Steele. The entire show was a screaming match because of Steele. It sucked!
