No Manhattan Project for job creation. Just more Manhattan Projects.
The President is like clockwork. A fat slice of the pie to the military (even more than the Republicans would allow!), a fat slice of the pie to the banking industry- without the kind of oversight and reform needed to make the investment meaningful outside of quenching their greed, and job growth will have to come from licking the pie tin.
