My kiss-off to Carl Jrs (& Hardees): Put a "Rethug" sign on their every rooftop.

I had never been in a Carl Jrs until they opened up in my area a few months ago. It has seemed to me that the quality of beef at the chains has been going downhill over the past few years and it seemed the Jrs' was better than usual, so I called them and said so.

But there was a DU post here saying that the CEO had been on Faux with CAVUTO, trashing the president endlessly and especially about the economy but then ending up by saying his companies had made a 34% increase in profit (over the past year? quarter?). This was just like the Las Vegas casino dude doing the same trashing and ending up bragging about his 64% profit increase.

And I just got out of the car hearing LIMBOsevic host and gloat about the TeaBagger heckler, and the Bagger was totally obnoxious and out-there, and Goodhair spent yesterday being obnoxious and out-there, so I felt primed to make my Jrs' feedback update call.

I told the hapless young lady that I had given positive feedback before, a few months ago, but am now updating. I summarized the CEO's crap and said I'm gone as their customer and that if they want to get into politics, they should put a sign announcing their politics on top of every store of theirs. She tried to say thanks for the input, but I just said BYE.

2nd Edit: In case you haven't heard, Goodhair has come out totally SLUGGING and LIMBOsevic is loving it and it is going to get and BE very very ugly and I have always wanted my Dems to FIGHT BACK and have been disappointed many many times at their/my being stepped on. The "thug" in Rethug is real. I've got nothing to apologize for.



3rd Edit: I guess the word "hapless" threw you off. It meant she was hapless to be receiving the negative (in content) call, not that I was rude TO HER. I would just LUERVE to give my feedback directly to the CEO the way the Bagger talked to OBAMA yesterday, but that will never happen.

..and they've sucked ever since. Now they suck even more.

5. Agreed. I loved Hardees up through the mid 1990s....

....but after the Carl Jr.'s buy out, they went into rapid decline.

I used to love me a Big Cookie as a kid.
