Perfect job creation for TX that Obama can pursue

My town is out of water. Well, the wells keep breaking down cuz they have to work so hard to keep up with lawn watering and what not. You just tend to use more water in the summer and this drought is not helping. We're not the only small town having problems. The others I've read about have the same issues - old, old water systems and no money to fix them.

I sent an e-mail to perry and of course received a canned response. Today I sent it to the White House with my idea of job creation via repairing TX infrastructure. I wished I could have faxed it, but my phone line keeps crapping out. DSL is ok. Must be old phone lines need fixing also.

Today is our second day of no water - it sucks!
