I hope Obama and the Dems point out that republicans want to do a bad job at government.

I've seen statements from guys like Rick Perry that basically say they want to dismantle the government. Why would most people elect someone like that? I hope Obama points out that Perry and others are promising to do a bad job. It's equivalent to an employer hiring someone that hates "work." It makes no sense.

There could be a fundamental philosophical issue though. There are probably people out there that see the Somalia model of government as a good thing. I don't think Dems can get their votes anyway. But I believe most people believe in some forms of government. It's why you see teabaggers screaming that they don't want their medicare taken away.

yet hired more people to work for the state in Texas and has a 9 billion debt. The classic Reagan Republican. They want to reduce government regulations, but more than willing to spend, spend, spend.
