tend to tune in That pompous ass more than Keith?

Is it the irritant in the oyster effect? Or masochism?

1. Why do we attack our own?
 Really, I'm serious... why do we?

3. Not attacking my own. IT's just a question.
Just struck me as strange that' I tend to choose to watch someone I'm not crazy about over someone who I actusly am more in tune with.

2. Because you have to admit that although Larry has an ego, he's pretty damn
smart. But what I like most about him that puts him above Keith is the fact that he has actually worked in government and understands the process. He's had no better teacher than Daniel Patrick Moynihan.

8. That probably has something to do with it.
I think it akso msy be that he challenges my own assumptions. I already know what I think, and would rather get some different fodder thrown in than just reinforcing my own thoughts when I watch the news.

7. Both are excellent! I watch one and record the other for
later. It's not an either/or. L.O. is so right on I have to watch him. :)

15. I can't stand Lawrence.

Too "inside the Beltway" and, yes, pompous. I pretty much stopped watching msnbc since Keith left, but I wouldn't watch Lawrence anyway. He grates on me.

17. Probably because Lawrence was once a staffer in the belly of
the beast, Congress, so he has some invaluable insights. However, over all I prefer KO's take on stuff.
